Cacao Origin
In 2016, we started sourcing our wet beans directly from a group of 500 farmers located in the Nord of Haiti:
Dubreuille, Limonade
Bois de Lance, Limonade
Grand Gilles, Grande Rivière du Nord
Grand Pré, Grande Rivière du Nord
We ferment and dry our wet beans in our facilities located in rural Ouanaminthe, Northeastern Haiti.
Our cacao beans were selected among the top 50 at the Cacao Excellence Award organized by Bioversity International during the Paris Salon du Chocolat (2017).
